These skilled dentists and their teams filled the grand ballroom of the Embassy Suites hotel at Cool Springs, eager to learn Gary's techniques on “How to Provide Platinum Service” to the patients of their practices. After Gary's dynamic lesson, Dr. Kemp presented each office with a copy of the widely respected motivational book, The Disney Way Fieldbook: How to Implement Walt Disney's Vision of Dream, Believe, Dare, Do in Your Own Company.
