Winter Break

I hope everyone is having a great winter break.  Two more days and it will be 2012!  How do you plan to bring in the New Year?  Do you have any family traditions?  One of my family traditions is to watch the Nashville Predators hockey game on New Year's Day.

The Kemp Orthodontics team will be back in the office January 2nd at 8:00am.

  See everyone in 2012!

Annual Christmas Party

One of the many events I enjoy this month is our annual Christmas party. This year the Kemp Orthodontic team gathered together at Kayne Prime in Nashville. The meal was excellent but most important was the fellowship with each other.  This is a great time of the year to get together with family and friends, and so our office will be closed December 23rd at 12:00pm and reopen Monday, January 2nd at 8:00am to give our staff time with their families.  I hope you and your families have a blessed Christmas as we look forward to a Happy New Year!

Here are some of the pictures from our party.  You can find more on our facebook page.

It's December, and I can't believe that winter break is just around the corner.  Our team at Kemp Orthodontics wants to know what you plan to do during your winter break.  Are you hanging around town?  Do you have travel plans?  Maybe you just want to catch up on some sleep.

Let us know what you are doing for your winter break!  Please feel free to share you exciting winter break plans and experiences with us here or on our Facebook page!  Dr. David Kemp and the Kemp Orthodontics team want to wish all our patients and their families a safe and fun holiday season!

Exciting News

At Kemp Orthodontics, I'm always working to find the most effective and best looking orthodontic products to Create Beautiful Smiles for my patients.  That's why I'm very excited to introduce a new bracket I'm using.  It's called the Clarity ™ Advanced Ceramic Bracket.    I'm happy to team with 3M Unitek to make this aesthetically appealing bracket available to my patients.  These ceramic braces are sure to give you the confidence to smile both during your treatment as well as after your treatment is completed.  The ceramic braces are made out of a translucent material that blends with your teeth to become nearly invisible, and they are resistant to staining.  Best of all, they are small and comfortable, which is always a concern of mine for my patients.  Their uniquely designed shape features rounded corners that reduce irritation inside your mouth.  Creating Beautiful smiles is what Kemp Orthodontic is all about, and the advanced features of this bracket allows me to offer the ultimate combination of aesthetics and performance to my patients.

Creating Beautiful Smiles

I am always excited to hear stories from parents telling about their children's accomplishments. I am even more excited to hear these stories when parents describe how orthodontic treatment at Kemp Orthodontics has made a positive change in the lives of their families.
Yesterday, I had the pleasure to talk with Mrs. Carroll about her daughter Landree's current orthodontic progress. Landree is the third child in the Carroll family whom I have treated. As I sat down to work on Landree, Mrs. Carroll handed me some photos. She had this big, beautiful smile on her face as she said, “Dr. Kemp, I want you to see photos of my two older children you treated, and I want you to know they both have the most beautiful smiles.”
The first photo she shared with me was of her oldest son, Corbin, who was the first child in this family I treated.

Corbin graduated from Lewis County High School in 2009 and was voted by his class as the classmate with the “Million Dollar Smile.”

The second photo Mrs. Carroll shared with me was of her daughter, Payton, the next family member I treated.

Payton graduated from Lewis County High School in 2011 and, like her older brother, was voted by her class as the classmate with the “Best Smile.”

Story to be continued…Landree Carroll, Class of 2017. I can't wait to see

Landree's Beautiful Smile unveiled.
